clickbm provides an environmental solution for storing and archiving the extensive documentation associated with construction projects, freeing up valuable space within buildings.

Each construction project requires a Building Manual, which will equate to approximately 20 lever arch files. Given that there will be multiple projects over the lifetime of a building, there will also be a requirement to house large quantities of paper records. Inevitably these are difficult and time-consuming to update.

With clickbm information is instantly accessible from any pc with an internet connection, or via CD-Rom or DVD. Information is also searchable and easily retrievable for the purposes of effective FM.

For security purposes, each clickbm project is protected via a unique and secure username and password system.

Moreover, it is possible to incorporate historic or future records into a clickbm model to create a single comprehensive information resource for the building. Thus it is easy to maintain current records and reduces the time wasted searching through piles of paper.
