The clickbm service

The clickbm service includes the following elements:

• Collation of O&M manuals, including all communication with sub-contractors and design teams
• Production of the Health and Safety File in accordance with the CDM Regulations 2007
• 1 hard copy (final set only) delivered in fully branded and indexed lever arch files
• clickbm manual (hyperlinked, web-hosted electronic manual)
• Website hosting for 1 year post practical completion
• Regular detailed status reports to project teams

From appointment to practical completion and beyond we are in constant communication with the project team, consultants and sub-contractors. All communications are logged.

We have a tenacious approach to the collation of information and, due to our long standing relationships with principal contractors, have built up positive working relationships with both project teams and supply chains.

A regular detailed status log is issued at agreed intervals (usually weekly) to the project team and is available at all times via clickbm. These reports can be backed up with detailed anecdotal and qualitative information, where required.

The status logs and reports ensure that any issues relating to sub-contractors and/or the submission of information are identified and communicated to project managers at the earliest opportunity.
